these reasons within your argument. Begin getting some of your thoughts

Library Log - 2 print souces
Library Log for Eng 121 693/697
On Wednesday March 27, 2013 I was at Harmony Library from 12:30-2pm. I went through a lot of magazines trying to find hard sources to work with. I did find Overcoming Childhood Obesity by Colleen Thompson, MS, RD and Ellen Shanley, MBA, RD, CD-N. I checked it out to look at. Lots of ideas. I also looked at the online academic journals. I found the Phyiscal Activity and childhood obesity: strategies and solutions for schools and parents. I really liked this article. I searched under Child Obesity and Elementary schools in the US.
Back to the library March 29, 2013 from 4:30-5:30. Didn't find any had sources, but I found I started looking at Michelle Obama's Let's Move program. I found the Michelle Obama's Federal Fat Farm, I liked this one because it had a different perspective than most articles.
Back to Library April 1, 2013 for another hour. 12-1pm. I found a lot articles online The article I like the most The Role of Schools in Preventing Childhood Obesity. This narrowed down my topic. Are schools really responsible?
I also found the article Understanding Childhood Obesity from online news magazines.

Annotation activity due on your blogs by Sunday night.
The article "Physical activity and childhood obesity" does have a good sense of currency. There are dates included in the web article. Also the article does have reliability, the authors did do a peer review. Creditability is there too, the writer's tone is fair and offers some opposing views.
In the article "Physical activity and childhood obesity" the authors talk about some of the reasons American children are obese. First being that they do not get enough exercise, than past generations. Also children have more access to fast food and vending machines. It also talks about how child hard it is on children who are obese. Last it talks about how we need to teach our children the importance of health and physical education.
My question is going to be, How do schools play a part in childhood obesity? This is a good article talking about relative issues regarding school and childhood obesity.
